"오늘은 뭘 먹지?" 참으로 어려운 질문이다.

점심으로 뭘 먹을지 한참을 고민을 하다가 아내가 지인과 한번 방문해봤다는 후쿠부쿠로를 방문했다.

아내가 추천해서 온것도 있지만 백종원의 골목식당에서 텐동집을 본게 기억이나서 한번 먹어보고싶었다.

"What shall we eat today?" That's a difficult question.
After long agonizing over what to eat for lunch, I visited Fukubukuro where my wife had visited with her acquaintance.
There is a reason why my wife recommended me, and I remember watching Tendong in the food program, so I wanted to try it.

우리는 오후 2:20분경 도착했는데 브레이크 타임이 2:30분부터였다..

혹시 주문을 받지 않을까 들어가서 물어봤는데 다행이도 주문을 받아주셨다.

We arrived at around 2:20 p.m. and the breaktime started at 2:30.
Fortunately, I asked the waitress, and he said we could place an order.

기본텐동의 구성은 밥+온센타마고+가지+단호박+꽈리고추+팽이버섯+김 으로 가격은 5000원이다.

7~8천원정도 할거라고 생각했는데 기본구성 이여서는 모르겠지만 꽤 저렴했다.

한번 방문해본 아내는 기본텐동을 주문했고 나는 기본텐동에 새우튀김을 추가해서 주문했다.

Basic Ten-dong consists of rice, On-Sentamago, eggplant, sweet pumpkin, red pepper, mushroom and seaweed, which are priced at 5,000 won.
I thought it would cost 7 to 8,000 won, but I don't know about the basic configuration, but it was quite cheap

My once-visited wife ordered basic ten-tons and I ordered fried shrimps in basic ten-tons..

가게는 약간의 일본식 느낌으로 깔끔했다.

점심시간은 지난시간 이였지만 손님들이 꽤 많았고 대부분이 여학생들이였다.

The shop was neat with a little Japanese feel.
Even though lunchtime was over, there were quite a few guests and most of them were girls.

메인음식이 나오기전 샐러드,단무지,김치 그리고 된장맛과 우동맛이 같이나는 국물이 나왔는데 나쁘지 않았다.

Salad, pickled radish, kimchi, and udon soup were served before the main food.

드디어 나온 텐동!

사실 메뉴판에 텐동을 맛있게 먹는법이 설명되어 있었으나 너무 배고파서인지 보지를 못했다..

그래서 튀김을 하나하나 각자 맛본후 밥을 소스에 밥을 비벼먹었다.

Ten-dong is finally here!
Actually, the menu explained how to enjoy eating Tendong, but I couldn't see if it was because I was so hungry.
So I mixed the rice with the sauce after each taste of fried food.

This is the way the store recommended it. 

Place the fries on the front plate and mix the rice! And you can eat mixed rice and fried rice together!

There was a wasabi at the top, you can put it according to your taste.

역시 첫번째는 제일 기대되는 새우튀김!

음식을 먹기전에는 그냥 적당한 새우가 나올줄알았지만 생각보다 새우가 커서 좋았다.

진짜 새우가 큰건지 튀김옷을 입혀서 크게 느껴지는건지는 모르겠지만 어쨋든 충분하다고 느껴졋다.

튀김은 바삭하고 새우는 탱글탱글해서 만족스러웠다.

The first one is fried shrimp, which is expected the most!
Before I ate the food, I thought there would be a proper shrimp, but it was better because the shrimp was bigger than I thought.
The fries were crisp and the shrimps were full and satisfying.

두번째는 가지튀김이다.

개인적으로 가지를 별로 좋아하지 않는데 적당히 가지맛이 나면서 간이 딱 맞아서 정말 맛있었다.

만약 다시한번 방문한다면 가지를 추가해서 주문하고싶다.

The second is fried eggplant.
Personally, I don't like eggplant very much, but it was really delicious because it tasted like eggplant in moderation.
If I visit again, I would like to order more eggplant.

세번째는 단호박 튀김이다.

단호박 또한 가지처럼 크게 단호박 맛이 나지않았는데 오히려 이것은 아쉬웠다.

단호박 맛이 조금더 진하게 난다면 더 맛있었을것같다.

The third is fried sweet pumpkin.
The pumpkin did not taste as much as the eggplant did, but this was rather disappointing.
It would have been better if the taste of the pumpkin was slightly thicker.

But it was also not bad.

다음은 김 튀김이다.

백종원이 매우 맛있게 먹었던걸 봐서 기대를 많이 했는데 그냥 김튀김 정도였다.

나쁘진 않았지만 엄청 맛있지도 않았다.

Next is fried seaweed.
I expected the MC to eat very delicious food in the food program.
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't very delicious either.

그다음으로는 아주 작은 꽈리고추와 팽이버섯 그리고 온센타마고이다.

온센타마고는 일본의 요리로 노른자 부분은 반숙 흰자 부분은 반 응고 상태의 삶은 달걀이다. 

온천의 물이나 증기를 이용하여 삶거나 쪄서 만들며 사실 온천물에 찐 달걀이라면 반숙 여부에 관계 없이 온센타마고라 불리기도 한다.

꽈리고추는 원래 그런건지는 잘 모르겠지만 정말 작았고 약간 씁쓸한 맛이였다.

팽이버섯은 매우 바삭해서 좋았으나 약간 기름을 많이 머금고 있는 느낌이여서 밥에 비벼먹기로 했다.

Next, they are very small peppers, mushrooms, and Oncentamago.
Oncentamago is a Japanese dish, and the yolk part is the half-boiled white part of the egg. 
It is made by boiling or steaming hot spring water or steam. In fact, eggs steamed in hot spring water are sometimes called oncentamago, regardless of whether they are half-boiled or half-boiled.
The chili peppers were really small and a little bit bitter.
The mushrooms were nice because they were very crispy, but they felt a little greasy, so I decided to mix them with rice.

아내가 처음 방문했을때는 반숙이였다고 하는데 이날은 거희다 익혀있었다.

When my wife visited me for the first time, I heard it was half-boiled, but it was done.

간장이 많이 있는것 같아서 많이 짤줄알았지만 생각보다 소스맛이 강하지 않았다.

기호에 따라 와사비를 살짝 섞어 먹는것을 추천한다.

I thought it would be salty because it contained a lot of sauce, but the sauce was not as strong as I thought it would be.
It is recommended that you mix the Wasabi slightly according to your taste.

처음 튀김을 하나씩 먹을때는 맛있었지만 다 먹고 나니 많이 느끼했다.

생각보다 양은 적지 않아서 점심으로 충분했다.

텐동을 아직 먹어보지 않은 사람들은 한번쯤은 먹어볼만 한것같다.

When I ate Tendong one by one, it was delicious, but when I finished eating, I felt very greasy.
Tendong's quantity was less than expected and more appropriate.
People who have not yet tried Ten-dong seem to be worth it at least once.
